Energy Performance Certificates

An EPC is a MANDATORY part of a HIP or from October 08, required for new tenants living in rented accommodation. An EPC can only be produced by a qualified and accredited person such as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and requires and inspection of a property.
